Return Policy
- You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Full Order Return: If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.
- Partial Order Return: If you return only part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, unused, undamaged, and clean.
- Required Documents: A printed VAT invoice must be included with the returned items. The electronic invoice will remain available in your email.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Packaging Requirements: Improperly packaged and damaged shipments will not be accepted. Damaged items will be returned to the customer at their expense. To avoid issues, please pack the items as they were received or follow courier service packaging recommendations.
