General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store www.koo-koo.eu.

1.3. Buyer – any person purchasing goods in the Store.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase–sale agreement is deemed concluded when the Buyer adds goods to the cart, provides the required data, selects a payment method, and submits the order.
2.2. The agreement becomes effective once the Seller confirms the order.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to:

- Purchase goods in accordance with these Terms.
- Cancel the purchase–sale agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, except in cases provided by law (e.g., for hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned).
- Request replacement of defective goods or a refund.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

- Provide accurate personal data necessary for order fulfillment.
- Pay for the ordered goods in accordance with the selected payment method.
- Accept the ordered goods.
- Not use the Store in a manner that could harm its operation or security.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller has the right to:

Temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the Store without prior notice.
Refuse to fulfill an order if the Buyer fails to comply with these Terms or provides inaccurate data.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to:

Ensure the Buyer’s access to the Store.
Deliver quality goods that comply with legal requirements.
Deliver goods in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
Respect the Buyer’s right to data protection.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Goods are delivered free of charge within Lithuania (except for the Curonian Spit, where delivery is available only via parcel terminals).
5.2. Goods to other EU countries, the UK, and third countries are delivered in accordance with courier or parcel terminal rates.
5.3. The exact delivery cost and timeframe are indicated at the time of the order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. The Buyer may exercise the 14-day return right under the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, except for goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., worn underwear).
6.2. Goods must be unused, with original labels and packaging intact.
6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the goods were defective.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. The Buyer’s personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the Store’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Buyer’s data are used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.

8. Liability

8.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for losses incurred by the Buyer due to improper use of the goods or if the Buyer has failed to comply with these Terms.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time, and the latest version shall always be published in the Store.
